DCGS-A Mobile Basic systems test lead for all systems integration and test management, planning, environment, schedule, documentation, and testing for a $5 million program out of $259 million program for Northrop Grumman as prime for PEO-STRI. Provided support to Northrop Grumman to integrate with other partners. Conducted a 100% successful test event requiring minor documentation changes.

Attended Empire Challenge 2010 and 2011 at Ft. Huachcua, Arizona to support the DE-CGS program.

Systems Integration and Test Lead for Exportable Training Capability-Instrumentation System (ETC-IS) Program.

ETC-IS Systems Test lead for all systems integration and test planning activities. Includes grouping of systems requirements to include training activities. Inventory and coordination of transporting classified equipment. Setup, Preparation, and Execution of hardware and software at the National Training Center in Ft. Irwin. Personal experience and understanding on working with Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) providing feedback and documentation on tasks related to integration efforts.

Integration and Test Engineer for Basic Wings Course Program (BWC).
BWC is an HLA Framework (High Level Architecture) with DIS (Distributed Interactive Simulation) flight simulator. Engineering tasks included:

  • Troubleshoot system software for better discrepancy reporting, along with full regression testing. Closed Program Problem Reports (PPRs). Performed requirements validation for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).
  • Support site installation, integration and testing for two month period as Field Service Engineer (FSE) and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide onsite customer support, feedback, and training for users, maintainers, and long term FSE's. Maintained troubleshooting documentation for long term FSE's, along with documentation on providing software updates, and hardware updates and changes.
  • Perform system software test on fielded equipment.
  • Participated in Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver Flight Simulator on time and early, for an 8 month time schedule.

Gained experience with international travel, multi-faceted customers and multi-cultural customer problem resolution. Provided redirection of problem solving vs. fault finding. Experience with European media communication. Lead multi-national maintenance and support team, and pilot instructors. Gained knowledge and use of CMMI level 4 compliance.
