Integration and Test Engineer for WARSIM Constructive Ground Simulator program:

• Tasks included; Integration of software builds and patches, setup scenario test environment, close program trouble reports (PTRs), create Integrated Functional Threads (IFTs) and Test Cases from system requirements. Personal experience and understanding on working with Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) providing feedback and documentation on tasks related to integration efforts.
  

Integration and Test Engineer for Basic Wings Course Program (BWC).
BWC is an HLA Framework (High Level Architecture) with DIS (Distributed Interactive Simulation) flight simulator. Engineering tasks included:

• Troubleshoot system software for better discrepancy reporting, along with full regression testing. Closed Program Problem Reports (PPRs). Performed requirements validation for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP).
  

• Support site installation, integration and testing for two month period as Field Service Engineer (FSE) and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide onsite customer support, feedback, and training for users, maintainers, and long term FSE's. Maintained troubleshooting documentation for long term FSE's, along with documentation on providing software updates, and hardware updates and changes.
  

• Perform system software test on fielded equipment.
  

• Participated in Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver Flight Simulator on time and early, for an 8 month time schedule.
  

Gained experience with international travel, multi-faceted customers and multi-cultural customer problem resolution. Provided redirection of problem solving vs. fault finding. Experience with European media communication. Lead multi-national maintenance and support team, and pilot instructors. Gained knowledge and use of CMMI level 4 compliance. Integration and Test Engineer for IEWTPT Ground Constructive Simulator. Roles included but not limited to most aspects of integration and test:

• Create and maintain system software test requirements validation for an High Level Architecture (HLA) and Software Oriented Architecture (SOA) Framework with Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) connecting Protocol Data Units (PDU) ground tactical simulator. This includes test procedure development, peer reviews for system integration documentation, maintaining and organizing requirements with Rational Requisite Pro. Troubleshooting guides and documentation for peers of Java based application which includes JBoss troubleshooting.
  

• Creation of Software Problem Change Reports (SPCR's) while performing full regression testing in black box testing environment on fielded equipment. Provided backup solutions, implementation, and documentation to setup system from scratch.
  

• Experience and understanding of Tactical Message Parser (TMP) for sending and receiving of USMTF Messages between mail servers (SMTP), SMART, and telnet. Experience with After Action Review (AAR) principles.

• Lab View Programmer: Developed COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) drivers for the Windows operating system environment. Updated Lab View Virtual Instruments (VIs) with cleaner, more efficient code for DME's Test Executive Suite. Created Test Program Sets (TPSs) for Test Executive Suite for Radio Test Sets and DME's Advanced Tactical Agile Communications Test Set (ATACTS).
  

• Network Administrator: Primary Tasks include typical Management Information Systems and Network Administration roles such as, back up execution, internal technical support, desktop support, training, hardware/software installations, anti-virus support, audit of software licenses and hardware, PC and network troubleshooting, for network of 200+ nodes. Provided technology and software solutions to achieve the company's business objectives, ensuring compliance with other corporate software or hardware, and maintain system security. Managed a team of four technicians that provided software, hardware, and desktop support. Created personalized software distribution packages to time critical network centric deployment. Assisted in the preliminary design and migration to Windows 2000 network utilizing the Windows NT domain architecture while supporting a legacy consisting of Windows 98 and NT 4.0 based PCs. Gained experience in writing batch files for discovering illegal/unlicensed software that would be tracked via a front end web interface and MS SQL Database.
